Presented by Dr. Carlos Bacino, Professor, Department of Molecular and Human Genetics, Baylor College of Medicine, and Laura Buckner, M.Ed., L.P.C., UT Texas Center for Disability Studies. This webinar will describe normal and abnormal growth patterns in a child, identify the genetic causes of growth problems, and discuss when to consult with a genetic provider. In addition, the webinar will review ‘important TO/important FOR’ and introduce the one-page medical description enabling person-centered practice.
