Founded in 2010, the Institute for Person-Centered Practices (IPCP) uses a person-centered framework to assist people with disabilities to have positive control over their lives and environment in which they live.
The IPCP promotes this framework by offering training and technical assistance on person-centered practices with a wide range of organizations that support people to be included in their communities, family members and people with disabilities.
Classes help families, self-advocates, direct support professionals, administration, students, and state agency employees become more person-centered in their philosophy and actions.
