10th Annual Keeping Infants and Toddlers Safe (KITS) Conference

It will occur on Friday 6/28/19 from 9:00am-5:00pm and will be held at United Way of Greater Houston (50 Waugh Drive, Houston TX 77007). KITS focuses on the involvement of young children and their families in the child protection system and how to best support these individuals and families. This year, conference topics include: Trauma Informed Advocacy, Trust Based Relational Intervention, and an update from the 86th Texas legislature. Additionally, SHA program staff will be facilitating a panel on the relationship between substance use disorders and the child welfare system at 1:55pm and would love to see you there!
