
School Psychology
Ruxin Ling is a third-year doctoral student in the School Psychology program at Baylor University. She earned her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in China before beginning her Ph.D. studies. Her research centers on the measurement of developmental competencies in early childhood, particularly within school settings, such as social competence. She is also interested in culturally responsive assessment practices for children with developmental disabilities. Ruxin looks forward to collaborating with an interdisciplinary team through ACT LEND to support more inclusive and equitable services for diverse learners and families.
