Kaitlyn is a third-year medical student at Dell Medical School. Before medical school, Kaitlyn attended UT Austin and obtained undergraduate degrees in Public Health and Health & Society with a minor in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Kaitlyn has a wide range of personal and professional experience supporting children with neurodevelopmental disabilities - experiences that strongly shaped her decision to pursue a career in medicine and serve pediatric populations.
Alongside her medical degree, Kaitlyn is pursuing a master’s degree in educational psychology, with the hope of gaining the skills needed to become a thoughtful, effective, and collaborative educator and advocate for both future patients and learners. Her professional interests include pediatrics, emergency medicine, health policy, disability justice, and medical education.
