Social Work
Izzy is a second-year Master of Social Work student at the University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work. She holds a BA in Psychology from McGill University and has worked in various therapeutic and community settings, gaining experience with diverse populations and a passion for bringing a holistic, client-centered approach to her work. As a former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Izzy focused on supporting entire family systems and developed a deep appreciation for the importance of engaging the whole family in care and support. Izzy is excited to join the ACT LEND program to deepen her work with children with autism and their families, while continuing to integrate a person-in-environment perspective central to her social work training and approach.
