Discipline: Speech Language Pathology
Cameron Barnes (she/hers) is a second-year master’s student in the Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences Department at the University of Texas at Austin. She graduated with a degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences at the University of Maryland at College Park in Fall, 2021 and has since had several experiences working with diverse populations with various speech and language needs.
Her clinical aspirations include working with neurodiverse and medically complex children and adults, as well as serving as an advocate for autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders within her field and community.
