How do you start making plans for your family member that has a disability? It's a daunting task but an important to start as soon as possible. What types of information should you talk about? What are the resources available? What supports are available? In this workshop, we discuss how to frame the issue and how to start this conversation and what types of supports and resources are available for you to move forward! This workshop is open to any family members (adult siblings, parents, grandparents,etc) and adult self-advocates. This event is hosted by the Texas Sibling Network, Lubbock Chapter.
