Join Texas Center for Disability Studies, at the 2019 Destination…LIFE Regional Transition Fair. This year's event promises to be better than ever, with opportunities to speak with experts from a wide range of organizations serving youth with disabilities, as well as speaker sessions on a number of relevant topics.
Participants will learn about:
- community resources to support the transition from high school
- colleges and training programs
- employment services
- options for independent living
- how to apply for certain benefits at age 18
This event is sponsored by the East Williamson County Cooperative, Austin ISD, Round Rock ISD, Florence ISD, Georgetown ISD, Hutto ISD, Lake Travis ISD, Leander ISD, Liberty Hill ISD, Manor ISD, Pflugerville ISD and Harmony Charter School.
