Health Behavior Research and Training Institute

For multiple years, TCDS was been awarded a grant from UT’s School of Social Work, Health Behavior Research and Training Institute (HBRTI), to participate in a national initiative that engages health professionals in building expertise, interest and action related to FASD.  With the right tools and information, health professionals can play an important role in reducing risks related to prenatal exposure and improving care for people who have health issues connected to prenatal exposure. This year, our focus is on engaging Social Work Champions and behavioral health specialists in this effort.
